Wellness Walk - Scarborough - Reflections By The Sea

  • Sealife Centre, North Bay Scarborough, England, YO12 6RP United Kingdom (map)

From the mountains to the sea...

We are returning to Scarborough this month after far too long, as we co-host our Wellness Walk with the amazing Tina Boden, who is going to show us the hidden sights of her home town. Scarborough is Tina’s home-town.

Fill your lungs with sea air and bring your bucket and spade and a towel if you fancy a paddle or a swim in the sea!

Exercise your mind

Our Wellness Walks offer a great opportunity to get outdoors and network with other local business owners and professionals, in a stunning location and with a relaxed atmosphere.

If you want to connect with other people professionally, but normal stand-in-a-room-and-deliver-your-pitch-networking doesn't do it for you, this netwalking event is where you need to be.

The Walk

We will meet, ready to walk, at 1100, near the Sealife centre in the North Bay. Led by local guide, Tina Boden (with Ant helping to facilitate), we will head down towards Marine Drive, take in the views near Scarborough Castle. From there we'll visit the contrasting South Bay and walk along the beach, looping around at the Spa, before heading back to the North Bay and start of the walk.

The walk will take two hours, but we have included an hour for a food and drink stop and we will get everyone the first drink (hot/cold - your choice!)

This event will be guided by Tina and facilitated by Ant at the Mountain Boardroom.
